On Friday, Jan. 31, former William Tennent High School standout Savi Delgado’s current college team, the Barry Buccaneers, won 9-8 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Wingate Bulldogs.
The game took place at Feinbloom Field. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 6 p.m. at Feinbloom Field against Mount Olive Trojans.
