DPC Monthly Food Drive – July!
July 18, 2021
It’s that time again!
As we have on every third Sunday of the month since November, we will be collecting food donations for those in need under the bridge along Mechanics Street between 10:30 and 11:30 am this Sunday, July 18!
Our faithful volunteers will be ready to assist you with your contributions, which will be delivered to food pantries in Doylestown and Penndel through the Bucks County Housing Group. We’ll have plenty of special DPC food bags available for you to take with you too. The goal is to take extra bags and pass them along to friends and family in the hopes that they may participate in the future. We also encourage the donation of $5 gift cards to area restaurants and convenience stores to be used by our homeless friends.
An average of 1,000 pounds of food has been collected each month but we know we can always strive for more. Let’s pull together! As always, DPC offers many opportunities to get involved and give back during this season. Take a look at all the fun, rewarding offerings – most of which are great for the whole family – in our SUMMER MISSION CHALLENGE!
