Keeping Our Night Sky Safe For Migratory Birds. PECO is now participating in “Lights Out Philly,” and now you can too. This simple action can potentially reduce bird deaths up to 80%, it’s free, and anyone can participate. For more info, check out https://www.birdsafephilly.org/lights-out
