County of Bucks issued the following announcement on Nov. 5.
Registration has been extended for Bucks County residents and businesses affected by Hurricane Ida who wish to receive federal aid.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) issued the extension Friday afternoon in a move that allows residents and businesses to register for assistance through Dec. 10.
Some $11.5 million in federal assistance already has been distributed in Bucks County, including more than $7 million in FEMA Individual Assistance funds and more than $4 million in low-interest loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
