Visiting Evangelist
On Monday evening, April 25, we will welcome Derek Williams, a full-time lay evangelist and diaconate candidate from the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham in Norfolk, England. He is visiting Assumption BVM to act as a confirmation sponsor to one of our RCIA candidates. Mr. Williams has been involved in Catholic evangelization for over 30 years, speaking and leading retreats in over a dozen countries. He will speak at our parish on the topic, A Perpetual Pentecost: The Coming Era of Peace, and use sacred scripture and magisterial writings to teach about the coming era promised by Our Lady to the children at Fatima. His talk will take place in the church at 7:00 pm. All are invited.
