This is the county’s first Excessive Heat declaration under a plan developed by county Emergency Services and the Health Department with assistance from the Department of Housing and Community Development and the Area Agency on Aging.
Municipalities or nonprofit agencies interested in participating in this program in the future should contact Bucks County Emergency Services at 215-340-8700.
